The Booking system may show or book an incorrect fare and/or tax due to a system error,the correct fare will charged if the ticket is to be issued, else a refund will be given.
Full payment for travel arrangements made via the Best Flights booking engine is due at the same time as making the booking.
Charges will apply where a booking is changed or tickets are re-issued or cancelled. This is in addition to any fees charged by the service provider.
Amendment fees:
- Domestic airfare: Minimum $35 per person
- International airfare: Minimum $50 per person
- omestic land arrangement: Minimum $35 per person
- International land arrangement: Minimum $50 per person
Cancellation Fees:
- Domestic airfare: Minimum $50 per person
- International airfare: Minimum $100 per person
- omestic land arrangement: Minimum $50 per person

Though travel insurance is not a requirement of travelling, it is highly recommended, especially for overseas travel, where your Australian insurance does not apply. Discount Air Travel strongly encourages you to either purchase travel insurance through the booking process on www.discounttravel.com, or secure a policy with adequate cover for your travel needs through your own insurance institution.
Most airlines state that there is no need to re-confirm your departure times and flight numbers. Nonetheless, Discount Air Travel will not take responsibility for any flight time or flight number alteration made by airlines. Discount Air Travel strongly advise that all flights should be re-confirmed by phone with the relevant airline at least 72 hours prior to departure for each individual flight.
Please note some countries require at least 6 months validity on passports upon arrival.
It is your responsibility to obtain the applicable VISAS.
